  • Design, develop, and implement data management strategies and processes that support metricsdriven management and decisionmaking throughout all areas of the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to create reports and professional documents that communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support recording and managing project tasks and resource requirements in an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Prepare risk management reports and communicate external risks to clients and government stakeholders.
  • Promote and facilitate information sharing and crossteam training.
  • Create complex and professional artifacts that communicate technical project information to both internal and external stakeholders to build understanding of key technical concepts.
  • Conduct continuous process improvement activities to monitor, analyze, and identify opportunities for improvement to program processes managed by the Project Delivery Team.
  • Conduct regimented reviews of project artifacts in preparation for release to the client.
  • Use judgement to select the best communication medium to convey content; may include use of graphics, diagrams, charts, etc.
  • Produce highquality deliverables that demonstrate attention to detail, allowing for delivery of documentation with mínimal error.
  • Participate in daily Agile team meetings and client and milestone meetings to maintain ongoing awareness of project status.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problemsolving skills when facing impediments.

The following experience is desired:

  • Experience with Project Management principles associated with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), specifically Planning, Implementation, Testing, Documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile Project Management Environments.
  • Experience in projects involving direct client delivery.
  • Experience with Qlik and other data analytics software tools.
  • Use of Atlassian Tool Suite, Jira and Confluence.

Clearance:
A background investigation at the T3 level is required, as this is not currently a classified position. Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use stairs without assistance
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder
