We're on the lookout for a skilled assessment writer to team up with us! Roman Empire has been catering to clients in Los Angeles County for over a decade! We're a company that's on the rise and we want our team to rise with us!

This role involves liaising with our team and clients to compile progress reports for the funding body. These reports are crucial for extending service authorizations and must be handed in on time.

Located at our headquarters in Van Nuys, CA, this role may also involve work at our Alhambra, CA location.

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Schedule meetings with clients and their families to complete progress reports
  • Observe and interact with clients to select suitable treatment programs
  • Analyze clients' needs and behaviors to determine appropriate programs
  • Include progress details in the Progress Report
  • Submit the Progress Report to the Supervisor within the deadline
  • Offer necessary corrections
  • Inform clients and families about ILS/AST/SLS/CIEP services and their objectives
  • Define the goals in the proposed treatment plan

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in writing treatment plans
  • Outstanding writing abilities
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Bonus if experienced with Regional Centers
  • Must have a valid CA Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Clear TB, Passport or BC, and Social Security Card

ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR/SPECIALIST EDUCATION

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
