Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:


  • Collecting and verifying timekeeping information for all employees.
  • Verifying and matching employee tip sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Addressing any payroll discrepancies and ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
  • Generating payroll reports for management review.

Administrative Duties:


  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Performing data entry tasks into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Collecting and organizing credit card payment receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.

Record Keeping:


  • Maintaining accurate records of employee information, including contact details, attendance, and time off requests.
  • Organizing and filing payroll and officerelated documents.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Collaborating with Club Manager and accounting departments to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve any payrollrelated issues.
  • Providing assistance to employees to address their inquiries regarding payroll and administrative matters.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in payroll processing and office management preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:


  • This is a parttime position, requiring 20 hours per week.
  • Schedule may include flexible hours, but availability during payroll processing weeks is required.

Job Type:

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
