    Responsibilities

    • About Centennial Hills Hospital:

    Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center is part of The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, providing a wide range of medical services including comprehensive women's services for Northwest Las Vegas. The Women's Center offers digital mammography, gynecologic care, gynecologic surgery, and special attention to new moms with amenities like special menus, massages, and afternoon teas. Maternity services include labor, delivery and recovery rooms, antepartum and postpartum care, a newborn nursery, and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit. The hospital is recognized for its progressive health promotion initiatives as the first tobacco-free campus in Nevada and High Performing Hospital for Heart Failure, Stroke, and Maternity Care by U.S. News & World Report.

    Job Description:

    Responsible for evaluating performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment for maximum independence.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a program meeting APTA academic and intern requirements.

    License/Certification: Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist. Current BLS certification.

    Other: Must possess necessary knowledge and skills to provide care to all ages of patients.
