Your responsibilities will include providing competent support to our customers regarding our products, professional acquisition of new customers, and taking responsibility for products with a focus on credit and retirement planning.

You will also develop well-thought-out and tailored financial solutions that align with our holistic approach, and continuously build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service.


To be successful in this role, you should have completed a successful apprenticeship as a banker (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification in the financial services industry.

You should also have experience in advising private customers, a strong service mentality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a secure future with our continuously growing bank and an unlimited employment contract. We also offer flexible working hours and part-time options (minimum of 25 hours per week). Our working hours are not tied to the opening hours, allowing for more flexibility.
