Job descriptionJob Duties include but are not limited to:
- Place parts orders online or by telephone
- Locate parts or supplies and submit orders
- Assist technicians with questions or concerns relating to part orders
- Receive parts orders and enter corresponding information to the service orders
- Track parts purchases and returns
- Process monthly accounts payables for the parts department
- Maintain accurate inventory levels
- Maintain a high level of organization, and detailed record keeping
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid CA driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally
- Automotive service experience
- Computer skills is required
- FastTrak knowledge is a plus
Job Type:
Full Time
Pay:
$30 - $40.00 hour with experiance
Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
Parts Department: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
