Job Description:
- Strategic development of customer relationships
- Proactive contact with our existing customers, including on-site visits
- Consulting our customers on our service products
- Close collaboration with the related Customer Care (technical back office) and Spare Parts Team (spare parts management)
- Close cooperation in the operational handling of customer inquiries and orders, complaints, offers and the development of technical solutions with the Customer Care Team
- Cross-departmental networking, depending on the topic, with the project team, the Area Sales Manager as well as the subsidiaries and on-site representatives in the countries as part of customer development
- Participation in trade fairs
Requirements:
- Completed technical training with relevant professional experience and further qualification or completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, engineering, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding
- Enjoyment of working with and advising our customers, strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel, maximum 50%
