Job Description:

  • Strategic development of customer relationships
  • Proactive contact with our existing customers, including on-site visits
  • Consulting our customers on our service products
  • Close collaboration with the related Customer Care (technical back office) and Spare Parts Team (spare parts management)
  • Close cooperation in the operational handling of customer inquiries and orders, complaints, offers and the development of technical solutions with the Customer Care Team
  • Cross-departmental networking, depending on the topic, with the project team, the Area Sales Manager as well as the subsidiaries and on-site representatives in the countries as part of customer development
  • Participation in trade fairs

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training with relevant professional experience and further qualification or completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, engineering, etc.)
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Enjoyment of working with and advising our customers, strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel, maximum 50%
