- Consistently work within to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.

- Responsible for overseeing the entire night shift store operation.
- Responsible for shelf conditions, proper stock levels, properly leveling and blocking product, and ensures that all out-of- stock signs are hung.
- Responsible for the scheduling of all Night Crew Teamates.
- Responsible for Front End and Office operations, including, check approvals, nightly resets etc.
- Assist with the ordering of all merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department and meeting transmission times.
- Store excess product in back room or designated area.
- Ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained. (i.e.: shelf allocation and sale items)
- Maintains excess product in back room area to corporate guidelines.
- Assist with the hiring, training and development of all new Night Crew Teamates in the Grocery Department.
- Responsible for discipline or recommending discipline of all Night Crew Teamates according to company policy.
- Responsible for all refrigeration and security procedures during third shift, and all weekly and nightly resets.
- Responsible to unload warehouse merchandise deliveries
- Responsible for evaluating the performance and progress of Night Crew Teammates.
- Ensure that all productivity measures of the Night Crew Teamates are up to the standard and that all tasks are accomplished.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining all corporate and state sanitation and pricing procedures.
- Ensure the protection of the company's inventory and assets.
- Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
- Strong communication skills.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, lifting and climbing.
- Occasional repetitive motion of hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders.
- Unload trucks.
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Pushing and pulling up to 500 pounds.
- Occasional exposure to adverse conditions.
- Ability to work in a store environment.
