Welcome to Customer Communication

In your 3-year apprenticeship, you will mainly be working in the subsidiary SWB Bus and Bahn in the customer communication department. We will show you the different areas and you will accompany the work processes from A-Z.

Which ticket is the right one for the customer? How do I process ticket requests? What do I need to consider when interacting with customers? We will teach you all of this so that you are well-prepared for your everyday work.

In your service center assignments, you will learn all the tips and tricks for ticket consultation from our experienced employees. You will help customers find the right ticket in a consultation and take into account their personal needs. This will teach you solutions for individual consultation and you will impress with a confident presence in customer dialogue.

There may also be complaints or grievances, but this is no problem for you. You will kindly receive them and show our customers that their concerns are
