For a lively restaurant in the center of the state capital of Rhineland-Palatinate, directly adjacent to one of the most beautiful wine regions in Germany, we are looking for a

Kitchen Chef (m/f/d)

whose strengths lie in the a la carte area, but who is also interested in participating in events.

Quick and uncomplicated cuisine for lunch, and more upscale, refined, and creative dishes for dinner.

The Project:

Between 60 and 80 indoor seats, and a beautiful terrace with 80 seats, depending on seating and reservation status. The brigade is currently staffed with eight employees, but is missing a "head" at the moment.

There are two mandatory days off and the kitchen closes at a reasonable hour.

The Role:

Several years of practical and leadership experience in the kitchen

Creative thinking and a desire to create and implement new ideas

An effective and respectful approach towards employees and guests

Strong product knowledge - no pre-made products

Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on cost control

Passion, creativity, attention to detail, and a love for fine dining

Good manners and a professional appearance
