- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and following up as needed.
- Accurately document customer details regarding payments, contracts, billing, and cancellations.
- Handle delinquent accounts through various communication channels.
- Process cancellation requests and refunds efficiently while keeping records updated.
- Verify and process payments accurately.
- Assist in managing overflow queue calls for quoting purposes.
- Evaluate customer eligibility for specific waivers or benefits, such as mileage waivers.
- Support in administrative tasks, including generating reports, checking the office mailbox weekly, and processing outgoing mail through the postage machine.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or collections.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with AS400 is a bonus.
- Exceptional customer-centric approach with the ability to handle diverse personalities and challenging situations that may require negotiation and conflict resolution.
