  • Your tools: state-of-the-art technologies for the production and processing of cheese. You will learn which ingredients are needed and how modern cheese production works
  • You will also gain insights into product development and quality management
  • Not to forget: your assignment at another location (Schongau or Heimenkirch), where you will get to know other Hochland products and your two-week work experience in a small cheese dairy in the area - to familiarize yourself with traditional production methods
  • Start: September 1, 2024
  • Duration: 3 years
  • Vocational school: State Institute for Agriculture in Kempten (block lessons)
  • Hochland location: Heimenkirch
