Reports to:
Store Manager


Objective:
To fulfill the Anthropologie mission of creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Consistently meet or exceed company expectations in terms of financial performance, operations, and visual presentation.


Expectations:


Customer Service:


  • Provide a positive and friendly experience for customers through engaging conversations and excellent service
  • Maintain the Company's high standards for mystery shopping evaluations
  • Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the store by being respectful, helpful, and positive towards others
  • Serve as a role model for peers by upholding Company standards

Teamwork & Communication:


  • Work collaboratively with the team and take initiative to achieve common goals
  • Assist in training and developing fellow team members
  • Communicate effectively and positively with peers
  • Actively participate in daily and departmental meetings

Operations:


  • Demonstrate proficiency in job responsibilities, such as operating the cash register, completing shipment tasks, and following fitting room guidelines
  • Assist in processing new shipments and maintaining a clean and organized receiving and back stock area
  • Complete weekly tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including markdowns, retickets, transfers, and returns to vendor
  • Follow inventory control measures to prevent loss
  • Adhere to company health and safety regulations at all times

Merchandising & Display:


  • Maintain store merch
