Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Measure the effectiveness of communications (in partnership with manager and HR) to identify opportunities for improvement based on data.
  • Maintain content calendar to identify and ensure all channels covered
  • Identify opportunities to promote the team experience to build upon our promise of fueling hope and opportunity.
  • Assist in coordinating internal events and surveys that promote team engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and other enterprise divisions to execute communication needs to ensure the team is equipped with the information they need to support their overall team member experience.
  • Support Internal Communications Manager with communication strategies and departmental inquiries.
  • Partners with Executive Assistants to create monthly All Team Meeting presentation deck and help facilitate the meeting.
  • Assist with social media management (LinkedIn and Glassdoor) by demonstrating our employer brand and monitoring and assessing reviews.
  • This position requires a high level of professionalism, resourcefulness, and collaboration.
  • Ability to meet and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Listening, demonstrating empathy and providing a service approach.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in business related discipline or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial or retail industry
  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Experience with SharePoint and building customized sites is a plus
  • Familiarity with and understanding of marketing communications, following brand standards and basic principles of social media.

Target Base Pay:
$ $40.08 / hour
