STUDENT BUS COMPANY SAFETY COORDINATOR
We are an established, family operated, School Bus Company seeking a qualified addition to our Safety Team in Orange County. We are looking for a team-oriented person who's 19-A certified and can work hard in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Safety Manager to promote a strong safety program
- Assist with Safety Meetings and Classes
- Assist with both On-TheRoad and Classroom CDL training
- Assist in completing 19A compliance requirements and paperwork
- Conduct video reviews and monitor incident reports completed by ontheroad staff
- Respond to accidents under the supervision of our Safety Director
- Be a consistent ally to drivers and monitors with safety questions or concerns
Qualifications
- Hold a current 19A Certification
- Hold a current, clean Class B CDL with P and S Endorsements
- Prior Student transportation experience
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, etc)
- Working knowledge of DMV, SED, and DMV regulations surrounding school bus drivers
Compensation
- $62,500 Salary
- 2 weeks PTO first year. 3 Weeks PTO second year
