STUDENT BUS COMPANY SAFETY COORDINATOR

We are an established, family operated, School Bus Company seeking a qualified addition to our Safety Team in Orange County. We are looking for a team-oriented person who's 19-A certified and can work hard in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Safety Manager to promote a strong safety program
  • Assist with Safety Meetings and Classes
  • Assist with both On-TheRoad and Classroom CDL training
  • Assist in completing 19A compliance requirements and paperwork
  • Conduct video reviews and monitor incident reports completed by ontheroad staff
  • Respond to accidents under the supervision of our Safety Director
  • Be a consistent ally to drivers and monitors with safety questions or concerns

Qualifications

  • Hold a current 19A Certification
  • Hold a current, clean Class B CDL with P and S Endorsements
  • Prior Student transportation experience
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, etc)
  • Working knowledge of DMV, SED, and DMV regulations surrounding school bus drivers

Compensation
- $62,500 Salary

  • 2 weeks PTO first year. 3 Weeks PTO second year
