    Invata Intralogistics is seeking highly motivated **Aftermarket Sales Coordinator** in Grand Rapids, MI, with occasional remote work opportunities.

    **About Aftermarket Sales Coordinator:**

    The Aftermarket Sales Coordinator drives a variety of tasks related to enhancing the customer experience, including but not limited to, daily customer interaction via phone & email for quotations, research, ordering, inventory, warranty processing, service scheduling, supervising service execution as well as inter-company communication with a variety of departments. As a member of the Aftermarket Team, the Sales Coordinator will also assist in drafting proposals, standardizing templates, and organizing electronic file systems. Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, and fellow coworkers are essential to this position.

    **Aftermarket Sales Coordinator Position Requirements:**

    3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the material handling industry

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint

    Expected travel <10%

    **Aftermarket Sales Coordinator Position Skills:**

    Drive: Being intrinsically motivated is a must. You wont have people prodding you along to do the job and you must come to work motivated

    Humility: Being humble and understanding that everyone should be treated equally as a team member while also having a willingness to acknowledge failures and receiving, if not seeking, feedback for improvement

    People Smarts: Being aware of the people around you (both internally and externally) and the dynamics of a situation while being able to manage that situation to an expected outcome is critical.

    Communication (heavily weighed on LISTENING and observing) is key

    Superior written and verbal communication skills

    Proven aptitude for performing under pressure in fast-paced environment

    Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills

    **Aftermarket Sales Coordinator Position Nice-To-Haves:**

    Experience with industrial automation technologies:

    WMS, WCS, WES, TMS and LMS

    Automated Storage Retrieval Systems

    Palletization Systems

    Robotics

    Industrial control systems

    Conveyor systems

    Knowledge and understanding of warehouse and distribution operations
