Job Overview:

As a Billing Specialist I at Agiliti, you will be responsible for managing the monthly billing process, researching and resolving billing issues, and collaborating with various team members and customers to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing accounts following company policies and processes.
Interpret customer and contract information related to billing.
Implement corrective solutions for billing errors.
Participate in training to enhance billing knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Proficiency in database and spreadsheet software.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
