- Serve as a liaison between consultants and CIS for invoice accuracy
- Run software reports for billing purposes as requested
- Review, edit, and finalize monthly invoices for project managers
- Ensure timely and complete project invoicing
- Collaborate with the contract team to set up project codes accurately
- Monitor project end dates and communicate updates to project managers
- Address client-specific issues such as purchase orders and payment details
- Track and follow up on delayed revenue due to unsigned contracts
- Manage account receivables and balances, identifying discrepancies
- Meet project managers to ascertain invoicing/project needs
- Flexible approach in supporting others
- Self-directed task prioritization
- Additional tasks as needed based on business requirements
- Associates or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years in an administrative or operations role, preferably in finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and solve problems
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- Desire for continuous learning and growth
- Positive attitude in a diverse and deadline-driven environment
