- Leads our organization-wide executive talent acquisition and selection strategies, ensuring they are aligned with Masco's overall business and talent strategies and core values.
- Provides strategic, consultative partnership to Masco's global executive and Human Resource leadership as the enterprise expert on executive search processes while owning the overall executive client and candidate experience.
- Provides an exceptional candidate and customer centric experience; continuously seeks opportunities to improve executive level candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Partners with Masco's Talent Management and Business Unit HR staff to understand succession gaps and identify internal and external candidates for current and future executive level opportunities. Ensures succession plans, high potential lists, and qualified internal candidates are fully leveraged for each search.
- Creates pipelines of proactively sourced executive talent, establishing relationships to turn prospects into future candidates. Researches, identifies, engages, assesses and cultivates relationships with external leadership talent of strategic interest to Masco.
- Establishes a compelling employee value proposition relevant for executive level talent.
- Identifies emerging and diverse talent pools, develops leadership talent networks and leverage world-class talent pipelines for conversion to executive level hires.
- Manages a varied source of methods/relationships for external executive sourcing and recruitment support.
- Working with Masco's Corporate Talent Management staff, oversees candidate assessment practices; ensures that the company is employing best practices as well as exploring emerging recruiting, sourcing and screening solutions and technologies to provide optimal qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
- Seeks out industry and market specific talent acquisition activities or trends, proactively updates the business and provide recommendations on proposed actions. Stays abreast of external/industry trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's in related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- 10 plus years of experience managing full life-cycle executive recruitment process - either on the Corporate or executive search firm side.
- Deep executive search experience and demonstrated success finding, engaging and closing senior level talent through excellent relationship skills plus strong business and commercial acumen.
- Experience recruiting across a diverse set of executive level position including general manager, marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, technology/engineering and corporate functional and officer level leadership positions.
- Demonstrated success managing the recruitment for multiple positions at a time with a variety of seniority levels and skills requirements.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Experience with confidential searches and ability to navigate a hiring process with discretion and tact.
- Organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of the digital marketing, media and technology space including prevalent roles, skill sets and competitors.
- Analytical with experience using Excel and a comfort leveraging data to make decisions.
- Experience working with leading talent acquisition software (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, emerging sourcing technologies, research tools, enterprise ATS platforms, etc).
- Comfortable working remotely or office/remote hybrid with occasional inter-office travel.

This highly visible leadership position reports to Masco's Organization & Talent Management Leader and is based at the Company's headquarters in Livonia, Michigan.
