    THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND

    We're looking for a recruiter to join our fast-paced, rockstar Talent Acquisition team This role is a hybrid position, located in our Garden City, NY office, 3 days per week. This role will focus on clinic positions (Technicians, Scribes, Patient Care Coordinators), as well as RN's and Surgical Coordinators and Technologists.

    OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
    • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process - sourcing through on-boarding
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on open positions
    • Source candidates through a variety of methods including networking, LinkedIn, , industry and community related job fairs
    • Coordinate and conduct phone screens and move candidates through the process with hiring managers quickly and with ease
    • Achieve talent acquisition metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools, hires, and time to fill
    • Follow-up to ensure candidates are moving through the recruiting process and requisitions are progressing
    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
    • You have excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills
    • Previous healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
    • You have 5+ years of previous recruiting experience
    • You have a strong understanding of recruiting practices and processes
    • You're a great communicator - both written and in person
    • You have previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • You're extremely detail oriented and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • You demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and maintain highly confidential information
