Job Requirements

  • Set appointments with customers while maintaining targeted performance standards
  • Perform daily followup with all prospects to increase customer appointments and shows
  • Record all activity in dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Provide consistent reporting to BDC Manager including scheduled daily appointments, appointment shows, and daily incoming and outgoing calls

Skills Needed:

  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, and ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Superior oral and written communications skills are required
  • Strong team player
  • Intermediate computer skills

$35, $50,000.00 per year
