Description
Job Requirements- Set appointments with customers while maintaining targeted performance standards
- Perform daily followup with all prospects to increase customer appointments and shows
- Record all activity in dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Provide consistent reporting to BDC Manager including scheduled daily appointments, appointment shows, and daily incoming and outgoing calls
Skills Needed:
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Superior oral and written communications skills are required
- Strong team player
- Intermediate computer skills
