CAREGIVER

COMPANION SERVICES:
Provide conversation and companionship

Assist with walking, home physical therapy and daily scheduled ACTIVITIES program

Prepare current and future meals, monitor diet and eating

Medication reminders

Assist with toileting, bathing, grooming and dressing

Housekeeping and laundry services as indicated by Caregiver Shift Assignment


OVERNIGHTS:
All services of companion position

Assist with evening routine

Assist as needed throughout the night


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist with other related duties as requested or asked by residents or supervisor

Call ADMINISTRATOR or designated person in charge with any changes to resident's health, needs, and/or living conditions

Communicate with resident, families and guests in a respectful manner

Treat resident and resident's property with respect

Capability to drive or take public transportation to consistently be present for scheduled shifts

Capability to lift 50-75 pounds
