About the Department
***The Runner Products and Services team supports the training, racing and community experience of our runners⁠—through classes, seminars, and customized training programs, and tailored customer service. The Runner Services team is the information source for our runners, serving for a conduit of information and an advocate for NYRR's runner-first philosophy both online and at the NYRR RUNCENTER. Our NYRR RUNCENTER also offers programming and serves as a hub of resources for our runners year-round. NYRR's Charity Programs include more than 500 Official Charity Partners whose runners raise over $40 million annually. NYRR's ITO Program operates in 100+ countries, and across six continents, and brings more than 15,000 international runners across the finish line at the TCS NYC Marathon.

About the Position
***As a Digital Products Specialist, you'll lead NYRR's digital communities, including the NYRR, TCS NYC Marathon, and RBC Brooklyn Half Strava Clubs. This role involves crafting engaging content, integrating Strava features, and monitoring metrics to track progress. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key to align digital products with NYRR's strategy. You'll also contribute to shaping the digital product strategy and roadmap alongside the Digital Products team.

Job Responsibilities _(primary and secondary duties)_**:

Manage, engage with, and grow current and future NYRR digital communities, including the NYRR (258K members), TCS NYC Marathon (26K+) and RBC Brooklyn Half Strava Clubs
Ideate, create, and share relevant, engaging, and strategic content with each community, leveraging current Strava features (e.g. events, routes) as well as future features
Partner with internal and external teams to help bring Strava features to NYRR audience (e.g. Strava interactive race routes on NYRR website)
Monitor and report on key metrics to track digital products and communities progress
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to keep digital products in line with NYRR's wider strategy
Partner with Digital Products team on digital product strategy and roadmap
