Your tasks:

- organization and optimization of processes within the plant operation, taking into account all legal and occupational health and safety regulations
- taking on tasks from daily business operations
- handling and responsibility for own projects in waste disposal and recycling
- contributing with your own ideas to solve complex challenges and motivating the team to explore new paths
- monitoring deadlines, controlling performance, monitoring progress and reporting to the client
- coordination and organization of waste disposal for a well-known major customer
- personnel responsibility for approximately 10 employees


Your profile:

- you have successfully completed a commercial or technical education or can demonstrate a comparable qualification
- entrepreneurial thinking, as well as independent and goal-oriented work
- high level of initiative
- strong willingness to learn and perform
- driver's license class B
