Job Summary


Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the all-source Intelligence Analyst position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.


Job Requirements:

Skills / Experience Required

  • 68+ years' experience preferred in the field
  • Skilled in conducting comprehensive Internetbased research using Boolean logic, search engines, and various database resources, including data exploitation and commercial/industry databases
  • Conduct investigative research, analyze data, and exercise sound judgment to identify information, dynamics, and risks based on client needs
  • Develop and implement effective query strategies to obtain relevant research information
  • Produce adhoc and scheduled reports on a wide range of actionable activities to meet requirements
  • Proven ability to deliver professional products and reports
  • Experienced in analytic tradecraft and structured analytical methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to clients and internal staff at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workload and schedule independently, delivering highquality products with mínimal supervision
  • Create intelligence briefings that address customer information needs
  • Perform target discovery by developing strategies to uncover new information and sources for intelligence
  • Highly driven, with a strong reputation for producing highquality work.
  • Collaborate effectively on triaging, investigating, and reporting to address sustainment challenges or unauthorized technology transfer
  • Provide wellresearched and informed recommendations to clients and team members based on findings
  • Efficiently support multiple, often unrelated projects through effective time management and selfscheduling
  • Stay current with emerging open and closed source tools, data sources, and techniques for product development
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and focus on tasks with limited notice.
  • Strong interest in learning about and understanding new technologies, with a desire to acquire expertise in other analytical disciplines
  • Comfortable with complex problem sets, deriving factbased recommendations from ambiguous data environments

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Background in cyber and data domain experience, coding and programming, engineering, Aerospace, Electronic warfare, tech design and implementation highly desired

Security Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense (DoD) active security clearance IS required. This position requires successful completion of a background check and employment verification


Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen.

Must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and may include lifting thirty pounds, as necessary.
