2. *Production Operation:* Operate SMT machines to place surface mount components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) accurately and efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.3. *Quality Assurance:* Inspect completed assemblies for defects or irregularities, such as misaligned components or soldering issues. Conduct visual inspections and utilize testing equipment as needed to maintain product quality.
4. *Troubleshooting:* Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process errors that may affect production efficiency or product quality. Perform basic repairs or adjustments to machinery as necessary.
5. *Material Handling:* Handle and manage inventory of SMT materials, including surface mount components, solder paste, and PCBs. Ensure proper storage, handling, and replenishment of materials to support continuous production flow.
