Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints, following up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.
- Internal communication about customers and orders demands.
- Create cases in ERP system to do RMA or Replacement.
- Deal with cases about shipment or other charge.
- Contact with customers who are not satisfied with our products or services to improve their good impression on our brand.
- Create weekly/monthly reports to summarize product quality issues collected from customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year customer service experience. Experience of Automotive Lighting/Parts product knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced client development skill and CRM experience.
- Demonstrates great communication (Written and Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultorientation.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
