Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints, following up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.
  • Internal communication about customers and orders demands.
  • Create cases in ERP system to do RMA or Replacement.
  • Deal with cases about shipment or other charge.
  • Contact with customers who are not satisfied with our products or services to improve their good impression on our brand.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports to summarize product quality issues collected from customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • At least 1 year customer service experience. Experience of Automotive Lighting/Parts product knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced client development skill and CRM experience.
  • Demonstrates great communication (Written and Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultorientation.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
