Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Care: Support the well-being of cannabis plants during their growth stages by handling tasks like watering, feeding, pruning, and trellising.
• Propagation: Assist in the propagation process by preparing growth mediums, transplanting, and ensuring optimal environmental conditions for early growth.
• Harvesting: Participate in the harvesting process to prep plants for drying and curing.
• Facility Maintenance: Aid in keeping the cultivation facility clean and organized, which includes sanitizing equipment, work areas, and cultivation spaces.
• Compliance: Follow all regulatory guidelines and company protocols related to cannabis cultivation, such as tracking plant inventory and waste disposal.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with other team members to efficiently tackle daily tasks and foster a positive work environment.
• Preference given to those open to working weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or similar fields is a bonus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Keen eye for detail and a dedication to producing top-tier products.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for effective teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of cannabis cultivation practices and familiarity with strains is advantageous.
• Minimum age of 21 and able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varied temperature and humidity conditions.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
