Summary:
This role provides crucial support to practitioners on product development processes and tools.
The individual will work with cross-functional teams to support the development and deployment of Product Development Processes and Tools, including communication, testing, and training.
The role requires a collaborative approach to enhance and optimize workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in product development.Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal teams and practitioners to develop, deploy, train, and support users on processes and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams located globally to understand their requirements, document those, and work with IT to develop enhancements for the tools.
Collaborate with process and application owners in various projects to highlight insights related to product development applications usage and deployment.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, data processing, and data visualization.Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
Strong skills in Business Process Design, Problem Solving, and Analytical Thinking.
Demonstrated ability in administrative duties for software applications.
Desired Skills:
Experience in Off-Highway, Automotive, or Aerospace Product Development or Engineering Process, specifically Requirements Management and FMEA.
Experience with Product Development/Engineering Software Applications.
Proficiency in PowerBI and Data Visualization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Initiative to learn and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U
S is:
$ $35.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
