We are currently looking for a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, and Process Management to join our team at Rücker + Schindele in Abita Springs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our clients to develop strategies for addressing current challenges, taking into account specific conditions
  • Apply your state-of-the-art knowledge of product development processes and design concepts for implementing the developed strategies - from management to application level
  • Implement the concepts you have developed and support the change process through motivation, training, and assistance for those involved
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the concepts and their implementation through formal assessments and informal reviews, with the goal of continuous improvement
