- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help them identify and employ customer-first journeys to support their strategic marketing initiatives via a promotional calendar, which will include awareness, demand, launch, and engagement journeys.
- Consult with product teams to determine goals, target segments, campaign flows, and KPIs for each program or campaign based on previous email performance.
- Integrate email best practices into all email programs, including appropriate platform testing, automation, triggered campaigns, template development, dynamic content, personalization, A/B testing, segmentation, retargeting and more.
- Monitor email deliverability and sender reputation (spam complaints, bounces, unsubscribes, etc.) to help improve upon existing email campaigns and journey deployments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track, analyze and report on campaign data such as click-through rate (CTR), open rates, and deliverability for continual optimization.
- Communicate campaign results, both written & verbal, to marketing teams and other internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Have earned a bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) degree.
- Have 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, including at least 1 year related to strategy and execution of email campaigns in the areas of lead acquisition as well as nurture and demand marketing.
- Professional experience using a marketing automation or enterprise-level email marketing platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Knowledge of email best practices related to deliverability, A/B testing, dynamic content, and automated campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize time to maximize success in driving tangible business outcomes.

We have an opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Pentair Pool Marketing team in Cary, NC. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Digital Marketing, you will create and execute email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will support the overall digital marketing strategy while also contributing ideas and suggestions to improve the customer journey and experience. In this exciting new role, you will continue to develop your skill and expertise related to digital marketing best practices, creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as new technology to drive best-in-class customer experiences.
