Job Knowledge: Understanding of the structure of outpatient rehabilitative therapy practices, types of services available, the various points of delivery, as well as the various methods of customer referral

DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for marketing all aspects of the Orthopaedic and Spine Center Physical Therapy Department to all potential referral resources in a defined area. Maintains accurate and complete records of all interactions with referral resources. Tracks mileage and records a daily log sheet with information as to who was seen, what the interaction was, what are the action plans and what are the follow up tasks. Reports those completed logs on a weekly basis.

In performing job functions associate will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, as well as Unity Health policies and procedures.
