What You Will Do:
Responsibilities:
- Develop specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the clinic.
- Responsible for forecasting, developing and evaluating annual budgets for all program areas.
- Manage clinical, human resource and financial data to support and enhance decisionmaking, provides assessment, analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation of unit(s) delivery of care and services.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
- Monitor and adhere to budget.
- Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
