The state of Hesse aims to be climate-neutral by 2045 and to generate all necessary energy for electricity and heat from renewable resources.

As part of the HA Hessen Agency Holding, the LEA LandesEnergieAgentur Hessen GmbH (LEA Hessen) is responsible for implementing effective measures towards this goal.

As independent experts, we advise and support citizens, businesses, and municipalities in Hesse in implementing measures for climate protection, energy efficiency, and the expansion of renewable energies.

Your responsibilities:
Conducting acquisition and public relations measures to promote offers, especially for funding programs in the field of energy transition in municipalities Designing and implementing activities to promote and utilize Hessian funding programs (e.g. municipal energy management, LED street lighting, municipal energy guidelines, modernization to passive houses in existing buildings) Organizing and designing information and networking events, both digitally and in person Advising municipalities on energy efficiency measures, climate protection, and renewable energies, and on the use of suitable funding programs, particularly those offered by the state of Hesse, via email, telephone, and on-site impulse consultations Target group-oriented external communication, including clear presentation of technical connections and complex funding
