We, APlus Innenausbau GmbH, are a renowned and innovative company located in Laconia, NH, and we are currently seeking reinforcements for our team.
We are looking for a dedicated employee with a completed education in office management or a comparable qualification, as well as professional experience, to join our administration department.
The responsibilities include all common administrative tasks and general secretarial duties, including customer service with a strong focus on providing excellent service.
For this position, we are looking for someone with good organizational skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office.
We expect our employees to have a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with our customers, business partners, and colleagues.
We work together as a team, so a good team spirit is essential.You will receive proper training and should then demonstrate initiative and independence in completing daily tasks.
As we are in the construction industry, typical tasks will include managing and processing customer inquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments, documentation, and obtaining material quotes (price comparisons), among others.
