Your tasks with us Responsibility for organizing work processes at the Belle Mead location Responsibility for bookkeeping and payment transactions Preparation of annual financial statements for the Belle Mead branch Preparation of reports (monthly / quarterly) and other business evaluations Central interface to the overall management as well as to the internal administrations of the other locations Central contact person for IT administrators (external service provider) and for the administration of the office property and interface to the landlord Disciplinary and professional management of a team of approximately ten colleagues together with the responsible senior partners (areas:
secretariat, reception, invoicing, own accounting, personnel administration, training, etc.) Your profile Completed degree in business administration or completed commercial training Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting or controlling Ideally, industry experience in tax consulting, auditing, and/or legal consulting Special organizational talent Strong communication skills as well as a careful, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Particularly high level of trustworthiness and pronounced team spirit Secure handling of modern IT systems and common MS Office applications Advanced knowledge
