    Our client is seeking a senior-level Strategic Client Partner to lead and grow key client relationships within a technology consulting and digital services environment. This role blends client ownership, revenue growth, and delivery leadership—serving as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring results are delivered consistently and at scale.

    You will be accountable for the overall health and growth of assigned accounts, overseeing delivery outcomes, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities aligned with clients' strategic priorities. This position requires a consultative mindset, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to operate comfortably at both the executive and execution levels.

    The ideal candidate brings an established presence in the Houston market, with existing relationships across business and technology leaders, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting setting. Success in this role is built on credibility, trust, and strong internal partnership to deliver meaningful business impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary owner of the client relationship, ensuring consistent delivery performance and long-term value realization.
    • Develop and execute account strategies that deepen partnerships and drive expansion across existing clients.
    • Leverage established relationships in the local market to strengthen client trust and uncover new opportunities.
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and senior-level stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor.
    • Guide clients through complex business and technology challenges, introducing innovative solutions as appropriate.
    • Identify and pursue cross-functional growth opportunities by aligning client needs with service offerings.
    • Lead executive check-ins and business reviews to assess performance, outcomes, and future opportunities.
    • Expand engagement across technology, operations, and finance leaders to strengthen enterprise-level relationships.

    New Sales & Business Development

    • Carry significant revenue responsibility in the first year, spanning both new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
    • Leverage your professional network and local market presence to build pipeline and accelerate deal flow.
    • Proactively generate demand, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
    • Position digital and technology solutions—including AI, automation, application development, and data-driven services—to both technical and business audiences.
    • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for complex, high-value engagements.
    • Participate in industry events, executive forums, and local networking to expand visibility and influence.
    • Develop and execute account and territory strategies that support sustainable growth in the Houston market.

    Delivery Oversight & Execution

    • Maintain accountability for delivery quality and outcomes across all client engagements.
    • Partner closely with internal delivery and consulting teams to ensure projects remain aligned with client objectives.
    • Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across engagements.
    • Facilitate post-engagement reviews to capture insights and improve future delivery.
    • Act as a senior point of contact for client escalations during key phases of delivery and growth.

    Market Presence & Brand Representation

    • Represent the firm through industry participation, networking, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Contribute to the development of client success stories, case studies, and market insights.
    • Support strategic marketing efforts by expanding referral networks and inbound opportunities.
    • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within digital consulting.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in client leadership, consulting, or account management within a technology or digital services environment.
    • Established presence and professional network within the Houston market, with demonstrated success leveraging local relationships.
    • Proven ability to balance client strategy, delivery oversight, and revenue growth.
    • Strong background spanning both sales and execution, with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
    • Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue goals through new and existing client relationships.
    • Polished executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
    • Experience leading negotiations, managing complex engagements, and driving account-level growth.
