    Radiation Therapist Qualifications

    Valid ARRT certification as a Radiation Therapist

    Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting

    Experience with radiation therapy equipment and treatment planning systems

    Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

    Current BLS certification (preferred)

    Key Responsibilities

    Administer radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients as prescribed by Radiation Oncologists

    Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiation therapy equipment in compliance with safety standards

    Monitor patient responses and provide compassionate clinical support throughout treatment

    Accurately document treatments and maintain up-to-date patient records

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
