The Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is committed to excellence in public safety by providing effective interventions that improve the lives of youth, strengthening both families and communities within the Commonwealth.
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the staff of the Court Service Unit in order to assist them in the fulfillment of the organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience as a receptionist or using a multi-line telephone
- Experience operating standard office equipment
- Experience utilizing manual and electronic filing systems
- Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ability to work with the public and coworkers.
- Ability to organize time and work with deadlines.
