Responsibilities:


  • Snack Ordering and Stocking:
  • Manage inventory of office snacks and beverages.
  • Place orders for snacks and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the office kitchen and snack areas are wellstocked and organized.
  • Lunch Ordering:
  • Coordinate and order daily lunches for the team.
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Event Planning:
  • Assist in planning and executing fun office events and happy hours to boost team morale and camaraderie.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support as needed such as scheduling meetings
  • Handle various office errands, such as picking up supplies or packages
  • Manage company deliveries and shipments

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude, a cando spirit, and a passion for creating a fun and collaborative work environment.
