- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to gather product data from various sources.
- Input and meticulously update product information within the PIM system, ensuring unparalleled accuracy, consistency, and timely entry.
- Vigilantly monitor and uphold the quality and consistency of product data attributes, descriptions, images, and other related information.
- Follow established protocols for new product onboarding, revisions, and end-of-life processes within the PIM system.
- Conduct regular reviews of product data, rectifying errors or inconsistencies and ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
- Generate insightful reports on product data health, issues, and resolution statuses.
- Identify and champion opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of product data.
- Provide essential support in testing and rolling out new PIM features and functionalities.
- Work closely with product management, e-commerce, marketing, and IT teams to ensure a seamless flow of product data across platforms.
- Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings, staying updated on upcoming product releases, changes, and other relevant updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product data management, database management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with PIM systems or other data management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of product lifecycles and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
