JUHI is a startup that was founded in Berlin in March 2018. As the first provider in Germany, we support people in need of care in their daily lives with students and apprentices.
We are looking for a full-time or part-time account manager in Mooresville who is passionate and dedicated to ensuring that our customers and partners are completely satisfied.
These tasks await you:
Customer service - the satisfaction of our customers is your top priority
You ensure the satisfaction of both new and existing customers through excellent service and continuous support
You are available to assist new and existing customers with any questions by phone until their first appointment is scheduled
You advise potential customers about JUHI's services and successfully guide them to contract closure
