Deliver brilliant guest service each day, each night and every time in-between by
championing our 6 Xs Hotter Service Philosophy. Creates a welcoming, playful and thoughtful service environment.

We are looking for a bartender for State and Lake, our restaurant at theWit Hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
Requests additional supplies as necessary and stocks the bar.
Follows setup procedures.
Prepares garnishes, mixes and premixed drinks.
Greets guests.
Mixes, prepares and serves drinks to guests mixes and prepares drinks ordered by food servers.
Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.
Cleans and locks up the bar area according to procedures.
Attends staff meetings including preshift (lineup) sessions as required.
Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.
Provide attentive and exceptional service to each customer and develop client base.
Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by the manager.
