Responsibilities:

Perform highquality body repairs on all makes and models of vehicles in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle bodies and frames, including straightening bent bodies, removing dents, and replacing damaged parts that cannot be repaired.
Use hand tools and specialized equipment, such as pneumatic hammers, to fabricate, fit, and attach replacement parts into place.
Coordinate with the parts department to order replacement parts as needed, ensuring the correct parts are received and installed.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle structures and identify additional repairs needed, communicating findings to the management and customer service teams.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance skills and service offerings.

Qualifications:

05 years of experience as a Body Technician in a professional automotive repair setting.
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and tools.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in auto body repair is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license.
