The Central German Institute is a flexible social service provider located in Ridgeley, WV.

Our dedicated employees support the education, qualification, and reintegration of job seekers, rehabilitants after illness or accident, as well as those facing social or developmental challenges, and accompany them in their personal and professional development.

Due to the continuous expansion of our services, we are currently seeking
Quality Management/QM and Education Management Staff (m/f/d). The position is full-time and includes tasks such as the approval and coordination of our educational offerings and quality management.

Your diverse responsibilities include:

Crosslocation coordination of processes, certification, and tendering of existing and new educational offerings
Close collaboration with various authorities, chambers, and insurance providers (e.g. Employment Agency, Job Center, Chamber of Commerce, BAMF, German Pension Insurance, Bundeswehr)
Independent development of various educational measures (further education, retraining, qualification) and support in the approval process
Organizational development and general quality management, including process flows, project coordination, monitoring of requirements and quality standards
In addition, general administrative and assistant tasks, as well as support for management and marketing
Additional tasks may be added based on qualifications and interests, by agreement

You have:

A university or technical college degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree, alternatively Business Psychologist/Educator
Ideally, professional experience in the education
