Lead business process requirement gathering, testing, and collaboration with business teams and users as it relates to Service fulfillmentProject manages and executes activities to deliver business process improvements Manages intra-project dependencies and their interrelationship and impact upon other programs and projectsEnsures compliance to project management processes and toolsOperates in a team environment for the effective performance of the project in completing assignmentsAnalyzes and finds alternatives to ineffective or outdated standard processesInvolves relevant stakeholders in identifying the root causes of problemsRecommends alternate, innovative solutions and consistently gains agreement about best solutionsOwns project management of action item resolution and business requirement decisionsLeads the coordination of business end testing, standard work documentation and implementationTravel (25% depending on location and projects)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5 years of experience in project or program management is requiredProficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.)Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
Key Competencies:
Business process knowledge of the Trane Commercial Field Sales Offices with experience in the areas of Service Agreements, Time and Material, and Quoted project fulfillment, etc.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team as well as collaborate with multiple roles within Trane TechnologiesExcellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence individuals across all levels in the organizationAbility to problem solve by anticipating potential problems, conducting root cause analysis, evaluating robustness of corrective action plan, and overseeing plan implementationDemonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities at onceStrong attention to detail, resilient & adaptableMust be energetic, forward thinking, and creative with high ethical standardsFinancial acumen and business case development experienceFosters Trane Technology leadership principlesSalary expectations:$80,000-$125,000We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
