USA PROJECT / OPERATIONS MANAGER

FRACO is a US subsidiary of an international company headquartered in Montreal, Canada. We design, manufacture, sell, install, and rent state-of-the-art access equipment, including work platforms, rack and pinion construction hoists, permanent industrial elevators, and transport platforms. Our inhouse Engineering / Project management teams provide real time interaction with both dealers and end users to develop innovative solutions to a variety of construction challenges. This role will start out in project management and could eventually lead to a dual role as an Operations Manager / Project Manager.

Position Scope:

Project Management of various types of equipment for rental projects.
Work closely with FRACO engineering department in Montreal.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction for the duration of a project (delivery, installation, service, training, coordination of onsite repairs, and final dismantle)
Collaboration with FRACO manufacturing facility in Montreal for equipment needs.
Equipment, logistics & inventory management
Oversee Employees, installation subcontractors, and thirdparty engineers when required.

Talents:

3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management (Operations Management a Plus)
Experience in construction, equipment rental, understanding blueprints, comfortable with basic engineering concepts, and existing mast climber knowledge preferred.
Strong sense of accountability, leadership experience and customer focused.
Driven to Customer service excellence.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
Proven experience working with a diverse team (sales, installers, warehouse personnel, mechanics, etc.)
Organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency is required.
