To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Energy Manager (m/f/d) for municipal properties at the earliest possible date in the Department of Building Management, Department of Civil Engineering and Technology, on a fixed-term basis for two years.

Your responsibilities:

Responsibility for implementing all measures of energy management at municipal properties
Expansion and operation of energy controlling
Preparation of energy reports and determination of energy and water consumption values
Implementation and monitoring of energysaving measures
Organization and coordination of the continuous creation of energy certificates for municipal properties
Ensuring compliance with legal tasks

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical engineering degree in the field of energy management (Dipl.Ing. FH-Uni/Bachelor/Master) or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the areas of supply engineering, energy generation and consumption, as well as sound knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations (including VOB, HOAI)
Experience in building automation, building control technology (e.g. Siemens) and measurement, control and regulation (MSR) is an advantage
Openminded, dedicated personality with an interest in construction, renovation, and efficient operation of technical facilities in public buildings, as well as an understanding of
