What to expect in your studies:

The focus of the three-year program "Business Administration - Digital Business Management" is on digitalization and the basics of IT, in addition to traditional business topics.

The dual study program takes place at the DHBW in Stuttgart and consists of a regular study period of six semesters.

  • Gradual acquisition of essential IT skills for understanding digital transformation processes.
  • Acquisition of qualified commercial and system technical knowledge through basic courses in General Business Administration with individual focuses.
  • Rotation through various departments in our company with the opportunity to work at different locations within E.ON Energie Deutschland Vertrieb.
  • Internal training and project work.
Requirements

What you bring:

We are looking for bright, curious individuals who have their own ideas and are not afraid to ask critical questions.

  • You have a very good to good high school diploma with excellent grades in language and mathematics.
  • You possess team spirit, communication skills, commitment, a high willingness to learn, and analytical learning abilities.
  • You should be highly mobile and independent.
  • You have a lot of initiative and a structured way of working.
  • You have good PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
