A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHEET METAL FOREMAN / RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION
Passionate about quality and safety, you confirm that proper procedures are being followed by all staff.

You direct the subcontractors and field personnel, providing informal job site training and guidance in the Sheet Metal/HVAC methods that you are knowledgeable about.

Under your excellent leadership, the field personnel are inspired to take great pride in their work. And, you get great satisfaction out of helping to ensure each project's profitability while meeting deadlines for completion

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SHEET METAL FOREMAN / RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION

Sheet Metal/HVAC experience in residential new construction
2 year minimum of leadership expiereince required
Applicable state code knowledge
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Journeyman certification is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have effective problem-solving skills? Are you diplomatic? Do you enjoy mentoring others? Are you passionate about quality? Do you have good communication and interpersonal skills? If so, you might just be perfect for this HVAC/ Sheet Metal Foreman / Residential New Construction position

FIELD SUPERINTENDENT WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time field superintendent position typically works
Monday - Friday,
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime can be expected during peak periods.
